BRENDON CALLENDER

Mr. Callender is a Partner and Co-Founder of Crestmont Consulting Group, a strategic advisory firm dedicated to assisting real estate operators in establishing and structuring investment vehicles tailored to their unique investment strategies. Mr. Callender also currently consults for numerous Ontario mortgage investment management firms. Prior to CCG, Mr. Callender spent 13 years as an executive with Home Trust Company, managing the Construction, Small Commercial and Central Ontario groups and the largest volume underwriting and originations team, representing 23% of Home Trust annual origination volume. By 2014, Mr. Callender was managing a team of 40+ mortgage specialists and created an infill residential construction product that originated over $170 million of construction mortgages in Ontario.
Mr. Callender holds a BA from Western University in London, Ontario.
SAMUEL WEEMAN
MANAGING PARTNER
Mr. Weeman is a Partner and Co-Founder of Crestmont Consulting Group. Prior to CCG, Mr. Weeman was the Founder (2016) and President of Velos Capital, a holding company of private mortgage lending businesses with aggregate AUM $600 million. From 2013-2016, Mr. Weeman was a principal at Kensington Capital Partners, Ltd., a $2 billion Toronto-based private equity asset manager. Prior thereto, Mr. Weeman was an equity analyst on the $1 billion long/short equity Biltmore Fund at RWC Partners, Ltd., in London, UK. Prior to RWC, Mr. Weeman was an analyst for the Consumer Goods Equity Research team at JP Morgan in London, UK and an equity trader at Merrill Lynch and Citigroup in New York.
Mr. Weeman holds a BA from Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Business at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
